Why I Was Never Late For School

This comment is about the Homeschooling Poll. The question is: "Should Parents be Allowed to Homeschool?"
This is flawed, because it presumes a parents right to raise and teach their children as they see fit, is a privilege granted by the state; which, of course, could be given or taken away at will.
They should only be allowed to "Home school" if they hold certified teaching credentials. Otherwise, they are doing their child (children) a big disservice especially if the child (children) desire(s) to attend higher learning institutions.
